quick marinade as we slip out the door

It's state fair day around here, so we're going to skedaddle.  Just thought I'd share a marinade from this week's kitchen.  I needed to write it down before I forgot.


I sliced an onion and tossed it in the bottom of my slow cooker & laid a pork tenderloin roast over top.  Then I just poured the marinade over and walked away.  The end result was a tender roast with really mild flavor.  Just avoid serving with all beige foods.
